Cape May County has a new first assistant prosecutor. It was announced on Monday that 47 year-old Rob Johnson of Wildwood Crest, was promoted to the position after serving for ten years as chief assistant prosecutor. Johnson was the lead prosecutor for many of the county’s high-profile cases, most recently the Craig White case. There are currentlly 11 attorneys and 37 investigators in the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office.
