The city of North Wildwood will conduct its own property revaluation. The county’s board of taxation says that the values of the properties in North Wildwood are currently assessed at values much higher than they actually are worth, so the revaluation is needed. The city’s last revaluation was conducted four years ago. North Wildwood’s properties are currently assessed at 113 percent of their true value last year. The city will conduct the revaluation in house, and that project will cost the city approximately $100,000.
