PROBABLE CAUSE APPROVED IN POTENTIAL CHRIS CHRISTIE MISCONDUCT CASE

A judge has found probable cause in a potential official misconduct case involving Governor Chris Christie relating to the Bridgegate case.  The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office will now determine if the issue is brought before a grand jury for a possible indictment.  An activist filed the motion against Christie and a judge has found the probable cause to move the potential case forward.
