The Press of Atlantic City reports that a water tower in Cape May could be repaired, instead of being replaced. A report says the city may be able to avoid replacing a nearly eight decade old water tower at a price tag of about $2 million. Rust has been spreading on the water tower for years. Various options regarding the future of the water tower will be outlined to council during a meeting later this month. Mayor Ed Mahaney told the Press that it may require a very complex decision, if one needs to be made.
