Atlantic City Electric is continuing to work safely and quickly to restore service to the remaining customers in Cape May County that lost power due to the severe thunderstorm that affected the company’s service territory yesterday. Power has been restored to more than 34,000 customers since the onset of the storm. The estimated time of restoration for the vast majority of customers still without power is midnight tonight. Any remaining customers are expected to be restored by Thursday afternoon.
