Egg Harbor Township has approved a plan by the owners of the Shore Mall to demolish about one third of the mall and improve traffic flow though the remaining stores. According to the Press of Atlantic City, a condition of 5he approval with the owners, Cedar Realty Trust of Port Washington, N.Y., was to grant the township an 80-foot right of way to directly link the mall with the Garden State Parkway. The owners said they would help to relocate any displaced tenants.
