Legislation that would dedicate a portion of Route 55 to a fallen State Trooper has advanced in the New Jersey Assembly. A new bill has gained approval that would honor Trooper Frankie Williams who was killed in a motor vehicle accident on the highway on December 5th. The New Jersey Senate will now consider the bill.
