The Seaside Heights boardwalk will be smoke free this summer. Officials in the popular seashore resort have decided to make the boardwalk smoke free in order to prevent cannabis use on the boardwalk. Towns can not pick or choose areas where people can smoke, but not cannabis. It’s either everything gets smoked, or nothing, forcing towns into difficult decisions.
