A new poll shows a split among state voters over the legal battle involving sports gaming. A new Fairleigh Dickinson University PublicMind poll says that 37 percent favor the appeal by Gov. Chris Christie in the courts, while 34 percent believe the state should step aside until federal law is changed. It is currently against federal law to allow sports betting in all but four states.
