A new poll suggests that Gov. Chris Christie is doing a good job. A Quinnipiac University poll says the state’s highest ranking official has a 52 percent approval rating, compared to a 40 percent disapproval. Last month the numbers were a lot tighter, 46 to 44 percent. The poll also asked voters about President Barack Obama. Obama’s approval rating in the state is 55 to 41 percent, which is an uptick from previous months.
