According to a report from The Press of Atlantic City, local and federal law-enforcement authorities have surrounded an Atlantic City building where a suspect is believed to be inside and has refused to surrender. The incident began early Thursday morning, when Atlantic City police, the FBI and the federal Drug Enforcement Agency attempted to execute a search warrant at 1929 Blaine Avenue. Traffic was blocked off in the area around Blaine and Michigan avenues. SWAT teams have placed officers with rifles on nearby roofs and in an armored vehicle in front of the building.
