A Whitesboro man has been charged with heroin possession, among other charges. Isaiah Fitzpatrick was charged in the investigation. The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and the Middle Township Police Department teamed up on the investigation.
As a result of these Search Warrants, the following items were seized: a loaded .25 caliber semi automatic handgun, over 380 bags of suspected heroin; twenty two (22) bags of suspected cocaine; approximately eight (8) ounces of suspected marijuana; an amount of US currency; and packaging materials to include two (2) digital scales. According to Prosecutor Taylor, the approxirnate total street value of all of the seized narcotics is over $10,000.
Isaiah Fitzpatrick, 20 years of age, of Whitesboro, NJ, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Heroin) in an amount over ‘A ounce, a crime of the third degree; Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Heroin)with the Intent to Distribute in an amount over 1/2 ounce, a crime of the second degree; Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Cocaine) with the Intent to Distribute within 500 feet of Certain Public Property, a second degree crime; Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Cocaine) and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Cocaine) with the Intent to Distribute in an amount under V2 ounce, both, third degree crimes; Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance (Marijuana) in an amount over fifty (50) grams, a fourth degree crime; Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with the Intent to Distribute (Marijuana) in an amount over fifty (50) grams, a third degree crime; Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, a crime of the third degree; Possession of a Weapon for an unlawful purpose, a second degree crime; and Possession of a Weapon during a CDS offence, a crime of the second degree. Fitzpatrick was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center in lieu of $250,000 full cash bail.
