A man who was released on a summons for domestic assault was arrested for another assault a short time later. Wilbor Doss, 54, of Vineland, was taken into custody a second time on simple assault, terroristic threats, and weapon possession charges. This time he got placed in the Cumberland County Jail on $40,000.
