The identify of the man killed during a vehicle accident in Galloway Township has been released. Police there say that Thomas Langlois, of Elwood, was killed when he was struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was walking in the roadway when the accident occurred on Chris Gaupp Dr. The accident remains under investigation. Langlois was 35-years-old.
