A new report says a police officer crashed her vehicle into a utility pole and a tree in Pleasantville. Shorenewstoday.com reports that Officer Rackeli Fontana was on-duty at the time of the accident on Route 9. She was injured and taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for treatment. The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
