POLICE INVESTIGATE POSSIBLE LINK BETWEEN TWO CRIMES IN CUMBERLAND CO.

Authorities in Cumberland County are investigating the possibility that last weekend’s bank robbery and carjacking may have been connected. Vineland Police reported that around 12:30 Saturday morning, a night deposit was stolen outside the TD bank on Delsea Drive. Ten minutes later, a carjacking was reported on Route 55. The robbery victim described the suspect as a black man in his late twenties, standing at about five foot six inches, wearing all black with a black face mask.
