Authorities say 50 year old Hugo Maucher is the individual who committed a hit and run accident in Upper Township last week that killed an 80 year old woman. State Police say Maucher is charged with knowingly leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in a death, and other offenss. Marjorie Straubmuller lost her life in the accident.
