Cape May City Police have charged a local man with being in possession of more than two dozen bicycles that were stolen. City police charged 51 year old Robert S. Capasso with theft, receiving stolen property, and resisting arrest after they found 27 stolen bikes and bike parts at his home last week. Police are trying to determine if the bikes were stolen from a local business, Cape Island Bicycles. Capasso was taken to the county jail on $20,000 cash bail.
