Police and fire employees in Vineland who had contracts expire are not receiving their step payments. They have now filed a complaint and are looking for their money, according to The Daily Journal. Mayor Robert Romano says he is awaiting guidance from the state on how the two percent cap is effecting Vineland before these additional payments are made.
