A 48 year old Pleasantville woman has been indicted on charges that she stole $140,000 in state benefits in behalf of her mother, who died eight years ago. The New Jersey Attorney General’s Office announced that Diana A. Heil was indicted on charges of second degree theft by unlawful taking and another offense. Heil could face five to ten years in prison, if convicted.
