PLEASANTVILLE POLICE TREATING HOME INVASION ASSAULT AS MURDER

Pleasantville Police say a 30 year old man who was assaulted inside his home last month has died as a result of his injuries.  Police say 30 year old Jahil Hunter died early S8unday morning of multiple blunt force injuries to his head.  Hunter and 22 year old Ebony Harris were assaulted inside their home on West Greenfield Avenue on December 23rd.  Harris is still recovering from her injuries at a local hospital; the suspect remains at large.
