On Thursday a grand jury found no wrong-doing in the shooting death of 19 year-old Alexis Perez outside his home in April. The grand jury found that three Pleasantville police officers were justified in the fatal shooting, after exhausting all other measures, including chemical spray, to persuade Perez to drop his knife and surrender. Perez was shot 10 times at his Pleasantville after refusing to drop his weapon.
