PLEASANTVILLE BEATING VICTIM CLINGS TO LIFE

On Wednesday night a man was seriously injured after he was beaten with a stick or piece of wood during a fight in Pleasantville. Police report the incident took place at a residence on Doughty Road at about 8:15 p.m. The victim suffered serious head injuries and was rushed to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus. Police have a man in custody.
