A man accused of killing a retired Millville police officer has accepted a plea deal in that case. Christopher Robinson, 33, is pleaing guilty to first-degree murder and second-degree attempted kidnapping. The sentences for the two crimes will run concurrently, and Robinson will have to serve 30 years without parole for the murder charge. The plea allows Robinson the chance to avoid a life sentence.
