A guilty plea was entered in an armed robbery from last year. The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced the plea agreement for Arimis Stuckman, 23, who must serve 85 percent, or six years, nine months and 24 days of an eight year prison term, before becoming eligible for parole.’
At approximately 7 a.m. on March 17, 2010, Stuckman and a co-defendant attacked a 54-year-old man in a casino bathroom and stole the victim’s jacket, money and various credit and casino cards. Stuckman and his co-defendant threatened the victim with a knife and struck him multiple times, causing serious bodily injury, for which he obtained medical treatment. Stuckman was arrested shortly after the incident.
