PLAN TO PROVIDE VETERAN’S CARE AT SHORE MEMORIAL IS TURNED DOWN

A plan to allow Shore Memorial Hospital to provide additional resources to South Jersey veterans has been nixed by the Federal Department of Veteran’s Affairs. The announcement came down on Thursday. Veterans must travel multiple hours to reach a hospital to provide them with many serious treatments. Shore Memorial was going to be able to take some of the burden off the need to travel for so many area veterans.
