37 year old Gerald White of Pittsburgh has been indicted on a charge of vehicular homicide and multiple other offenses for his role in a death at the unsanctioned car rally in Wildwood in September. Authorities allege White was driving at a high rate of speed away from one accident when he struck another vehicle and two pedestrians.
