A former site of what was to be a new casino in Atlantic City is set to be sold. Pinnacle Entertainment Inc has set up a deal to sell its oceanfront property for $30.6 million. The site was were the former Sands Casino used to sit, but was leveled with plans of building a new state of the art property. In the paperwork filing, the casino doesn’t note who the buyer is going to be. Pinnacle paid $270 million for the land back in 2006 and would be getting pennies back compared to what they paid.
