PINELANDS COMMISSION NOW QUESTIONS NEW GAS PIPELINE

Now, members of the Pinelands Commission are raising serious questions about a new natural gas pipeline that is proposed to run through the Pinelands to Cape May County.  The Commission met on Wednesday and raised doubts about the pipeline, saying there appears to be a conflict of interest regarding a document associated with the project.  Many environmentalists are against running a natural gas pipeline through the Pinelands to the B.L. England generating station in Upper Township.
