PILOT ERROR LINKED TO 2008 CRASH

An investigation into the a plane crash from 2008 has revealed that pilot error was at fault. The plane left Atlantic City and was on its way to Minnesota. The National Transportation Safety Board said the proper preparations were not made prior to an attempted landing. Federal officials say that fatigue could have played a role.
