A new $3 million terminal is coming to the Ocean City Municipal Airport, and a private citizen is paying for it. A check presentation was made by Leon Grisbaum, who owns a local real estate agency and is an avid pilot; the check was handed to Mayor Jay Gillian. Grisbaum has been flying into the airport since 1948.
