PHILLY FILE: REP. FATTAH CONVICTED ON RACKETEERING, FRAUD

Philadelphia-area Congressman Chaka Fattah has been convicted on fraud and racketeering charges.  Fattah was found guilty of every charge lodged against him.  The 59 year old Fattah has been in Congress since 1995, but lost in an April primary election.
