Former Philadelphia mayor and former Pennsylvania governor Ed Rendell announced Monday that he is suffering the effects from Parkinson’s Disease. Rendell held a press conference Monday to announce that’s he undergoing treatment. The 74 year old Rendell has had symptoms for over three years.
