PHILLY DRIVER INDICTED FOR DEATH OF PASSENGER IN AC EXPRESSWAY ACCIDENT

An indictment was handed down this week in connection with a single-vehicle crash on the Atlantic City Expressway in Egg Harbor Township that killed a 27 year-old woman. An Atlantic County Grand Jury indicted 28 year-old Rashad E. Caswell of Philadelphia for aggravated manslaughter in the accident that killed his passenger back on February 28th, 2015. Caswell was driving eastbound in a white 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, when the car left the roadway near milepost 7.5, and crashed into a tree on the passenger side. Caswell is in custody in Pennsylvania and will be returned to Atlantic County to face the charges.
