An auto mechanic from Philadelphia helped save a swimmer in distress who was off the Baker Avenue beach in Wildwood Monday evening. Tyree Ward entered the water and conducted an effective rescue of the woman prior to the arrival of first responders. Ward was thanked by numerous first responders in Wildwood.
