U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman
A Philadelphia man was sentenced to 24 months in prison for his role in a plot to sink a fishing boat off the coast of Cape May, N.J., in August 2009 to collect $400,000 from the insurance company that insured the boat. The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that Manh Nguyen, was involved in a conspiracy with the ship’s owner and others.
