A Philadelphia man who was arrested in Atlantic City for possession of a handgun has been found guilty. Police say the arrest took place in June 2012, where a motor vehicle stop and a warrant search of the vehicle recovered a loaded 9 millimeter Walther P99 semiautomatic handgun. Rasshon Bennett faces up to ten years in jail for the crime. Sentencing is set to take place on May 5.
