34 year old Andrew Osborne of Philadelphia has been indicted on charges that he fatally stabbed another man at the Ocean Casino in Atlantic City in late September. Killed in the attack was 47 year old Brian Wilkinson of Egg Harbor Township. Osborne has been indicted on one charge of first degree murder and a weapons offense.
