43 year old Samuel Cooper of Philadelphia has been arrested by Atlantic City Police after he allegedly smashed a brick against the head of a woman on the boardwalk last week. Police say the 67 year old woman was bleeding from the head when police arrived. Cooper has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and other offenses.
