New Jersey State Police have announced the capture of a fugitive who was wanted for killing a man in Bridgeton, and with shooting two other individuals. Police announced the arrest of 22 year old Tyzir Hall of Philadelphia who was busted Tuesday while staying at a residence in Philadelphia. Hall was in possession of various firearms when he was taken into custody.
