PHILADELPHIA LIKELY TO DECRIMINALIZE MARIJUANA POSSESSION

It may soon be decriminalized to smoke marijuana in Philadelphia. Legislation is on Mayor Michael Nutter’s desk that would make it a $25 fine if your caught with under an ounce and $100 fine for smoking in public, but there would be no criminal record in either case. They believe the new regulations will save the police department of the city $4 million per year.
