The Philadelphia 76ers made it official Thursday morning and fired head coach Eddie Jordan. Jordan lasted just one season with the Philadelphia 76ers, and he was fired one day after the Sixers’ regular season ended. The Sixers ended the season with a 27-55 record and missed the playoffs after making the playoffs the past two seasons. When the 76ers hire a new coach, that hire will be the fourth coach in three seasons for the basketball team.
