Monday was a big day for personal care businesses in New Jersey to open up. Salons, barbers, nail salons, and even tattoo parlors opened for the first time on Monday. Governor Murphy says shopping malls will open on June 29th, and he will have additional news this week about the opening of “indoor recreational facilities”. Currently, arcades, fitness centers, and amusement rides remain closed.
