The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office says a 60 year old Pennsylvania man has been arrested and charged with having sexual contact with a minor on the Sea Isle City beach. Authorities say Stephen Gallagher of Lafayette Hill, PA was charged Wednesday with committing the crime. Gallagher could face at least five years in prison if convicted.
