Atlantic City has fallen behind Pennsylvania in gambling dollars. Numbers released out of Pennsylvania says that the state finished with over $3.1 billion in gaming revenue beat out the just over $3 billion earned in Atlantic City last year. Atlantic City for years trailed only Las Vegas, but Pennsylvania has been on the rise, while Atlantic City numbers have declined. Atlantic City posted its highest total ever in 2006, with $5.2 billion.
