Stone Harbor Police nabbed two young adults on charges that they were tipping over benches in the community over the weekend. Police announced the arrests of 20 year old James Campbell of Berwyn, PA and 21 year old Carl Weisbecker of Wayne, PA. They allegedly tipped over Borough owned benches located along Third Avenue. Both were charged with criminal mischief, obstructing a highway, and disorderly conduct. The case is pending in municipal court.
