PEDESTRIAN AT FAULT IN OCEAN CITY WEEKEND ACCIDENT

28 year old Louis Federici was at fault in connection with a pedestrian-motor vehicle accident over the weekend in Ocean City.  Police say Federici was struck by a car driven by a teenager, but it was Federici who stepped into the lane of traffic when he had a red signal.  He survived the accident and will appear in municipal court.
