PAY TO PLAY LAWSUIT IN OCEAN CITY IS DISMISSED

An Ocean City resident who filed a lawsuit against his city’s former mayor and other officials has seen his lawsuit dismissed.  The Press of Atlantic City reports today that on Friday a judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Ed Price who alleged various “pay to play” allegations against former Ocean City mayor Sal Perillo, along with former members of city council.  The former public defender in the city, Frank Walker, had donated $500 to Perillo’s election campaign.  Price says he is considering an appeal.
