The Papal visit will bring traffic congestion to South Jersey, including some traffic here at the Jersey Shore. New Jersey State Police say traffic is expected to be so bad in a 25 mile radius of Philadelphia that some people will miss doctor’s appointments and not be able to shop for groceries. Traffic is expected in Cape May County as people begin to make their way to Philadelphia during the fourth week of September.
