Marty Pagliughi will be sworn in to another four year term on Avalon Borough Council Monday at 12 Noon. Pagliughi has served as Avalon’s mayor since 1991. Barbara Juzaitis and newcomer Sam Wierman will also be sworn in to four year terms on Borough Council.
